The Norwegian striker is heavily linked with a move away from the Bundesliga outfit.

Borussia Dortmund's talismanic striker Erling Haaland is most likely to leave the club at the end of the ongoing 2020/21 season. The Norwegian has been setting the Bundesliga on fire and every elite European club is chasing for his signature.

The youngster has scored 47 goals in 48 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit and still has a lot of potential to unlock. The 20-year-old is linked with a move to several teams like FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.

In the scenario BVB has to let go of Erling Haaland, they should look towards players who can replace him in the lineup.

5. Patrik Schick

Patrik Schick is leading Czech Republic's charge in the ongoing UEFA Euro 2020. The forward has become the poster boy for the squad that recently defeated Netherlands in the Round of 16 fixture. Schick has scored four goals in four appearances, including a goal of the tournament contender strike against Scotland from the halfway line.

Bayer Leverkusen will find it extra hard to keep a hold of their striker who is earning praise at the Euros. He has scored 13 goals and provided two assists for the Bundesliga outfit. Borussia Dortmund should push for a move as the striker comes with Bundesliga experience and is exhibiting sensational form.

4. Brian Brobbey

Brobbey has impressed while playing for Ajax

Borussia Dortmund have been known to snatch up talented young players and blossom them into superstars of tomorrow. Another similar figure that has landed on their radar is Brain Brobbey. The 19-year-old has represented Ajax in the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Eredivisie.

He fits the type of player Dortmund would employ. Moreover, the player has Mino Raiola as agent, who also manages Haaland. The association would make it easier for the Bundesliga outfit to secure the striker, who is supposedly leaving to RB Leipzig on a free transfer.

3. Donyell Malen

Malen is represented by Mino Raiola, same as Erling Haaland

Donyell Malen is also another young striker that has been linked with a move away from the Dutch Eredivisie. The forward has 23 goals and eight assists in 38 games this term in all competitions for PSV Eindhoven.

Malen is also managed by Mino Raiola and similar to Brian Brobbey’s case, the association could help the club to sign the 22-year-old without any hassle.

2. Andre Silva

Andre Silva
Silva has been a force to reckon with in the Bundesliga this season

Andre Silva is setting the stage alight in the Bundesliga this year. The forward has always been rated highly but it seems like he is finally reaching his potential. Eintracht Frankfurt permanently signed him from AC Milan earlier this term and the striker has paid back the trust with interest.

The Portuguese has 20 goals and six assists in 25 overall appearances for the club and is on the radar of Manchester United among other clubs. If BVB needs a proven striker with experience in the Bundesliga, then Andre Silva is an obvious choice.

1. Alexander Isak

Isak has previously played for Borussia Dortmund

Alexander Isak is a former Borussia Dortmund player, who has now found home at Real Sociedad in the La Liga. The young Swedish international is, however, favorite to replace Erling Haaland, in case the latter leaves for greener pastures.

Most importantly, Dortmund have a buy back clause for Isak, which would make it easier for them to negotiate a deal. The prospect of returning to Germany with more experience would be a nice prospect for the 21-year-old.
