USA name squad for September-October international window; Christian Pulisic left out

USA will face Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada in friendlies.
The 16-year-old rising sensation Cavan Sullivan and midfielder Gio Reyna have been included. They feature in the squad for the United States men’s national team’s forthcoming friendlies against Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada. It was revealed by returning manager Mauricio Pochettino.
However, a number of well-known players, including Christian Pulisic, Folarin Balogun, and Weston McKennie, will not play as they regain their fitness.
Sullivan’s inclusion will receive a lot of attention, but it shouldn’t be shocking given his success in Major League Soccer. He has the potential to become the next big thing in American soccer.
Beyond that, Pochettino will have access to Reyna once more following his selection to the FIFA World Cup 2026 team.

Their first friendly game is on 27th September at 2 am IST against Peru.
Who are USA facing first?
