Atlanta United Vs Inter Miami CF Video Highlights: Messi Brace Powers Herons To Third Straight Win | MLS 2026

🐐 MESSI SETTLES THE SCORE IN ATLANTA! 🩷 Lionel Messi scores twice as Inter Miami win 3-1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a third straight victory! Watch the highlights! 📺⚽ Inter Miami travelled to Atlanta for MLS Matchday 31 looking to build on their recent revival. Messi had a free kick saved in the 41st minute, but the Herons broke the deadlock right on half-time when Germán Berterame [45'] headed home a Luis Suárez cross. Messi took over after the break. Messi [56'] doubled the lead with a low left-footed finish after a one-two with Berterame, and four minutes later Messi [60'] ran onto a threaded pass from Suárez, beat Júnior Alonso one-on-one and slotted into the bottom corner. It was a pointed moment, as Alonso had blocked a late Messi shot and celebrated it in the reverse fixture last month. Atlanta's Fafà Picault [89'] scored a late penalty, but it was only a consolation. Messi now has 25 league goals and 15 assists this season, and is the first player in MLS history to record at least 15 assists in three straight seasons. Suárez's assist was his 100th goal contribution for Inter Miami.
