The forward is likely to debut in the Reds’ next league game.
Andoni Iraola, Liverpool’s manager, has expressed confidence that Bradley Barcola will be prepared to make his debut on Friday.
The Frenchman became the Reds’ flagship acquisition of the summer, joining from PSG in a £123 million deal after a summer-long transfer hunt.
It appeared that the European champions would price out Liverpool due to their high value, but a compromise was finally reached. Bradley Barcola became the third £100 million-plus player to transfer to Merseyside in the previous two summers.

Iraola was eager to strengthen his front line. Despite being away from PSG due to an unclear future, the Liverpool manager has claimed that a solid training session on Thursday would prepare Barcola. All to make his debut appearance for his new club when they travel to Ipswich on Friday night.
The coach said: “We are very happy with Bradley, it was our priority to sign a very very good player in those positions. He has come also with the right mentality. I like that he wanted Liverpool a lot. He wanted to come here.
“It’s a good first sign and being the player he is he has come with the willingness to help us. He is playing well for us and if everything goes well in training today he will definitely be available for us tomorrow.”
Barcola joins the Reds after assisting his previous club in retaining their UEFA Champions League title, only the second time in history. The 24-year-old scored 13 goals last season, including a spectacular strike against Chelsea in West London. He will look to help Liverpool win for the first time this league season following two consecutive 2-2 draws.
Bradley Barcola’s debut might come at the cost of either Cody Gakpo, who scored at Newcastle but had his move away from Anfield halted, or Rio Ngumoha, a young star looking for further opportunities.
