Manchester United have been strongly linked with a surprise move for Leicester City’s midfield prospect, Louis Page. The Red Devils are looking to add options in midfield ahead of the start of their English Premier League 2026-27 campaign, and Page is one of those who have been tipped for a switch to Old Trafford.
Michael Carrick’s side have already added a couple of midfielders in the summer transfer window. Youri Tielemans joined from Aston Villa for £35m. Chelsea youngster Andrey Santos joined for £48m. Colombian youngster Cristian Orozco also joined from Fortaleza FC.
A report from BBC Sport revealed that Page is the latest youngster who has come onto the radar of the United scouts. The Premier League giants have reportedly been in contact with Leicester, looking to agree on a transfer fee.
Arsenal and Aston Villa are also reportedly interested in the 18-year-old, making Page one of the most in-demand youngsters ahead of the new season.

Louis Page’s career so far
Page has been a part of the Leicester City youth setup since 2016. He was a part of the U-16 side that won the Premier League Cup in 2023-24, progressing to the U-21 side. He was named the team’s Academy Player of the Season in 2024-25.
As a result, he was promoted to the Foxes’ senior side. He eventually made his senior debut in August 2025, featuring in an EFL Cup match against Huddersfield Town. His league debut came in the same month, playing against Charlton Athletic.
Overall, the teenage midfielder made 30 appearances across all competitions, including 18 in the Championship. He scored one goal and made one assist. Although he could not prevent the Foxes from getting relegated, he emerged as one of the best midfield prospects outside the Premier League.
So far, Page has made one appearance for the England U-20 side and three appearances for the England U-19 side.
