Ronaldo will miss the game against Denmark.
Cristiano Ronaldo won’t be participating in the game against Denmark. The striker left the Portugal national team training camp, stating, “In due time, I will tell the truth.”
This is no longer merely a report. Cristiano Ronaldo revealed on his Instagram account that he chose to leave Portugal’s training camp after speaking with the head of the Portuguese Football Federation.
CR7’s comments came after head coach Jorge Jesus’ news conference. They generated more concern about a scenario that had already sparked concern after the forward sat on the bench against Norway.

Cristiano Ronaldo affirmed his decision, but did not explain why.
“After the National Team coach’s press conference, and following a conversation with the president of the Portuguese Football Federation, I (Ronaldo) decided to leave the National Team’s training camp,” he wrote.
The most compelling aspect of Cristiano’s message was his pledge to someday expose the complete explanation behind his choice.
Ronaldo made it clear that there were reasons behind his choice, but he chose not to share them for now.
“In due time, I will tell all Portuguese people the truth about the reasons that led me to leave the national team, to which I have always dedicated myself.”
Cristiano concluded his post by wishing Portugal and his teammates success.
“Now is the time to wish Portugal and all my teammates, without exception, good luck.”
Before Cristiano confirmed his departure, Jorge Jesus said that the forward may have been disappointed by what transpired against Norway.
Ronaldo had previously played in Portugal’s triumph against Wales, but things changed in the next encounter.
Jorge Jesus had determined that Ronaldo would not play against Norway. During the game, he reconsidered and asked the forward to warm up. Cristiano Ronaldo warmed up for about 30 minutes before the game but did not play.
