During the current summer transfer window, the 27-year-old’s status at Atletico Madrid has become a hot topic of conversation. According to reports, Julian Alvarez wants to leave Atletico Madrid and join Barcelona.

But the club turned down the request, citing the player’s current contract, which expires in 2030.

The Athletic has stated that Atletico Madrid are prepared to consider offers of €150m for Alvarez. If the Premier League team met that worth, the club would be willing to let him go to Arsenal.
