The 41-year-old mentioned his reason for leaving the Portugal national football team training camp via social media channels.

With time, I will tell the Portuguese people what the reasons were for me being out of the national team, to whom I have always dedicated myself. Now is the time to wish Portugal and all my teammates the best, without any exception,” mentioned Ronaldo on social media.
With this, there are no updates regarding his situation with Selecao das Quinas and as per some reports, Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to retire from the Portugal national football team.
