Four key players are on the sidelines for the defending UCL champions.

Paris Saint-Germain’s injury problems have gotten worse once more. Ousmane Dembele, their star player, is currently sidelined for yet another annoying period of time. During PSG’s loss to Bayern Munich, the French winger was substituted early.

Just twenty-five minutes into the game, the French forward—who had won the Ballon d’Or—had to be substituted. For both the player and the club, the evening swiftly changed from one of hope to one of heartbreak.

Especially in light of the French powerhouses’ eventual 2-1 loss to a 10-man Bayern. Ousmane Dembé will be out for several weeks due to a left calf injury, according to PSG.

Ousmane Dembele had gotten off to a great start, even scoring until VAR disallowed his attempt due to offside. He seemed to pull up uncomfortably a few minutes later. Visibly upset, he immediately gestured to the bench before making his way directly down the tunnel.

While Achraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendes & Désiré Doué are also injured.
