Ruben Neves (Al Hilal)

The Portuguese midfield maestro has been a key player for the Saudi giants, and most probably the best midfielder in the league. Recently, there were rumours of him joining Real Madrid and Arsenal, but nothing concrete happened. Many criticised his move to Saudi Arabia at this age, but he hasn’t dropped his quality at all.
