The Gunners will travel to Madrid to play Atletico in the first leg of the UCL.
Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has revealed a injury boost ahead of the team’s away first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Atletico Madrid.
Prior to the match between the Gunners and the Spanish team at the Wanda Metropolitano, Arteta provided some encouraging injury news.
During Saturday’s 1-0 Premier League victory over Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium, Kai Havertz and Eberechi Eze were removed due to injury concerns.
Eze has returned in time to take on Diego Simeone’s team, while Havertz has already been ruled out due to an upper leg injury and will miss the game.

In addition to Eze’s availability, the manager disclosed that left-back Riccardo Calafiori is healthy after missing the previous few games.
“Eze, Calafiori, and Saka are all available and in the squad for tomorrow’s game against Atlético”.
During this season’s Champions League group phase, Arsenal previously met Atletico. Viktor Gyokeres scored two goals as they easily won 4-0.
In a very dominant performance, the Gunners jumped out to a four-nil lead just after the hour, but the team may encounter a completely different match in the Spanish capital.
Bukayo Saka might start for the first time since last month’s Carabao Cup final. After recovering from an Achilles ailment, the Englishman made a late substitute appearance against the Magpies.
Saka is totally fit after playing through pain, according to Arteta. The Gunners alumnus may play a significant part on the right wing as the team looks to gain an advantage away from home.

Yes, he recently returned from injury.
When did both teams last meet?
