Barcelona set to activate new economic lever to register Dani Olmo & Pau Victor

The Catalan club are yet to register Olmo for 2025.

According to MARCA, FC Barcelona will be allowed to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor on Monday, which is a huge relief because it will allow them to continue playing with the first squad beginning in January.

On Friday, the court denied the Blaugrana’s request for a precautionary measure that would have allowed them to keep Olmo and Victor registered until the conclusion of the season, leaving them in a difficult situation.

Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona, quickly began working on other ways to earn money, and if reports are to be believed, he has been successful.

According to the source, Laporta was able to secure €100 million for the VIP boxes at the new Spotify Camp Nou, which is enough to register both players.

Furthermore, this agreement guarantees that the club will reintroduce the 1:1 financial norm, allowing them to confidently engage in the transfer market throughout the winter and summer windows.

The deal with the Arab enterprises that were the subject of negotiations has been finalized. A definitive agreement has now been reached after Laporta and his colleagues in the Middle East worked on this issue for several days.

The processing of the €100 million payment is the only thing left to do, and the Catalans are at present in contact with a number of businesses to make this happen.
