Poland houses some of the biggest name in Europe.
Currently ranked 28th by FIFA, Poland is a team that no one dares to underestimate. The Eagles have improved tremendously & displayed their true potential from the 1970s.
The team have had a decent performance in the FIFA World Cups, European Championships & even won the gold medal in 1972 Olympic games. They appeared nine times in World Cups with the best result of third place in 1974 & 1982. They had their best Euro appearance in 2016 when they finished in the quarters.

The 24-year-old is a shining youngster in the experienced Polish squad. The 1.89m left-back plays for EPL side Arsenal. His game has caught the attention of many other European clubs this season. He has played in 20 PL & 7 Champions League games this season.
The youngster has performed his responsibilities well while playing for his country too. He has played full minutes of every game since his international debut in 2022. His ability to also play as a CB & CDM is a huge plus.
3. Sebastian Szymanski
The 1.74m CAM is a star performer in the making. The creative footballer can fit in multiple positions, such as an RW, CM & CAM. He has an eye for goal & has performed exceptionally well for his club Fenerbahce, where he scored 13 goals & provided 19 assists this season alone.
The 25-year-old has been impactful in his international career as well. He has not missed a match for Poland since their World Cup 2022 exit match.
2. Piotr Zielinski
The veteran Napoli midfielder is one of the most popular Polish players in the world. The CM had a long & healthy stint with Napoli and has decided to move to Inter Milan this season. His contribution to both club & country has been unforgettable.
A star midfielder, Zielinski has shown consistency for his club. He has scored three & assisted four goals for his club in 2023-24. He has displayed class while performing for Poland. He has 12 goals to his name in 91 international games.
1. Robert Lewandowski
Captain Lewandowski is undoubtedly Orly’s greatest player to date. He holds the most caps (150) & goals (82) for his nation ever. The captain has been the biggest gem of the team since his debut in 2008. He is also one of the best strikers in the past decade.
The centre-forward has had a decent 2023-24 with FC Barcelona. He has scored 26 goals & provided nine assists in 49 games. Even at the age of 35, he happens to be Poland & FC Barcelona’s biggest striker.
