The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) centre-back Marquinhos is going to wear the captain’s armband for the Brazil national football team during the upcoming edition of FIFA’s flagship tournament.
Head coach Carlo Ancelotti selected Marquinhos to lead the squad, keeping him as the primary captain despite return of veteran star Neymar to the 26-man roster as he is doing a good job for his club and will continue to serve his nation as the captain. The 32-year-old is going to be one of the main men in the squad for Selecao.
