Brazil's coaching staff for FIFA World Cup 2026 revealed ft. Carlo Ancelotti

Carlo Ancelotti announced the final roster on May 18.

The Brazil national football team will be looking to come up with a good strategy heading into the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Their recent performances have not been up to the mark. We might see a difference on the biggest stage of them all.

The fan favourite Neymar Jr. has been included in the final list of players to represent A Selecao at the upcoming edition of FIFA’s flagship tournament. Top stars like Vinicius Jr., Raphinha, Casemiro, Marquinhos and others are also on the roster.

Chelsea star forward Joao Pedro, Real Betis winger Antony and also the veteran centre-back Thiago Silva are left out of the final contingent.

Other than the players, the coaching staff should also be top-of-the-line for a tournament of this magnitude. They should know how to assess high-pressure situations, how to deal with the playtime of the players and also other important factors. Brazil have a decent coaching staff.

Led by Carlo Ancelotti, Brazil have drawn in Group C alongside Morocco, Haiti and Scotland. The FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to take place in Canada, Mexico and the USA. The tournament will begin on June 11.
