The Portuguese midfielder was linked with a blockbuster move to Al Hilal over the summer
Since joining Manchester United from Sporting CP five years ago, Bruno Fernandes has been the key figure for the club. Despite United’s on-field difficulties, the Portuguese midfielder ultimately solidified himself as one of the finest in the Premier League and has unquestionably been their best player.
Bruno Fernandes recently talked candidly about joining the Saudi Pro League. Al Hilal reportedly made a multi-million dollar offer for the midfielder, and the team was prepared to pay an incredible £700,000 per week.
Bruno stated in an interview with the Portuguese publication Canal 11 that he loved the club and didn’t want to leave, despite the club’s desire to profit from him.
Bruno Fernandes’ remarks continued to spark discussion and cast doubt on United’s plans to keep hold of their captain & most popular player.
Fernandes is topping the assist rankings in the league yet again this season. The Manchester United No. 8 expressed his allegiance in a conversation with Rio Ferdinand.
