Canada announce 26-man squad for FIFA World Cup 2026 ft. Alphonso Davies

Being one of the co-hosts for the FIFA World Cup comes with both advantages and disadvantages. Canada are hosting the upcoming edition of the flagship tournament alongside Mexico and the USA.

At home, the Jesse Marsch-led side will surely have a slight edge, but there will be pressure on them to perform well in front of their fans. The Canadian men’s national soccer team have now qualified to compete in the mega competition for the third time.

They have played six matches on the biggest stage of football, but have faced defeat in all of them. This time, they will be eager to turn things around.
