32 clubs will participate in the third-round Carabao Cup draw. Seven Premier League teams—Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Tottenham, Chelsea, and Manchester United—will join the 25 victors of the second-round matches.
Ball numbers will be revealed here after they are confirmed and will be made public by the EFL on the first day of the draw.
Due to problems with the fixture calendar, conditions for the draw will also be observed. clubs from the Champions League and Europa League will enter one bowl, while the remaining 26 clubs will enter another.
