Carlo Ancelotti comitted to Real Madrid amidst AS Roma rumours

The Italian coach has spoken about his links to the Serie A club.
Carlo Ancelotti, the manager of Real Madrid, addressed recent reports that he was considering taking a head coaching position at his old team, AS Roma.
Although the Real Madrid coach’s contract with the team expires in 2026, recent Italian reports have connected him to a summer transfer to Roma.
In 1982–83, Ancelotti won the Serie A championship while playing football in the city. In a discussion on Rai Radio 1 during the “Radio Anch’io Sport” broadcast:
“Roma? There is a lot of talk about it, but I am very happy at Real Madrid and I am working to stay here as long as possible,” he said. “Ranieri is a friend and is doing very well, I am very happy for him,” he continued.
“I am obviously very attached to Roma, where I always have great memories, but there is a big difference between saying and doing.”
“For now I am happy here and I am not thinking about my future. I still have a two-year contract here, but contracts can be broken or extended.”
Ancelotti came under huge pressure when the Los Blancos were failing to win games. Even speculations started coming up with the Italian’s future now uncertain going into the second half of the term.
However, the former Chelsea head coach has managed to turn around the season as Madrid are now second in the table a point adrift of first place.
The current season for Real Madrid has been quite up and down. They rank 20th in the Champions League league phase table and are in serious danger of missing out on automatic passage to the Round of 16, despite being second in LaLiga and one point behind leaders and local rivals Atletico Madrid.
Claudio Ranieri, the Premier League-winning manager of Leicester City, is leading Roma, who are also having trouble this season. They are presently 14th in the Europa League standings, 10th in Serie A, and 21 points behind leaders Atalanta.
