Selecao opened their 2026 World Cup campaign with a draw.
After a poor opening game, coach Carlo Ancelotti promised to make changes to the squad. He is certain that Brazil will perform better in their second World Cup group stage encounter.
The five-time world champions will try to recover against Haiti on Friday after drawing 1-1 with Morocco to start the tournament.
Carlo Ancelotti is set to make changes in the squad ahead for the Haiti game

The Italian coach said that he would alter the starting lineup. This is, although he doesn’t seem to be preparing any significant alterations.
“There will be changes. The players know, but I won’t tell you. We can improve the team, and we will improve the team,” Ancelotti said in a news conference on Thursday.
“The team wasn’t happy because the first game wasn’t good, especially the first half. But tomorrow we’re going to play a different game, with much more quality.”
Ibañez and Igor Thiago are anticipated to be replaced by Danilo and Matheus Cunha, respectively.
Neymar, on the other hand, is currently recovering from an injury and is just training alone; he will not be travelling to Philadelphia with the squad.
After the first game, they are under pressure. But Ancelotti emphasised that he must handle it. He said it is a “privilege” to coach Brazil.
The game against Haiti is a must-win for Selecao, who are still striving to gel under Carlo Ancelotti. The former Real Madrid coach will be looking to find a balanced starting lineup that will be able to produce goals against Haiti.
Their wastefulness against Morocco indicated that Carlo Ancelotti will need a clinical striker. One who will make every chance count in the match.
When will Brazil face Haiti?
They will face them tomorrow, 20 June, at 6 am IST.
Where will the game be played?
Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.
Will Neymar play?
No, he is still recovering from injury.
