Chelsea & Real Madrid planning swap deal involving Andriy Lunin & Kepa Arrizabalaga

Arrizabalaga was loaned to Spanish club last season and wants to continue playing there.
According to a transfer rumour circulating, Chelsea and Real Madrid may be planning to indulge in a swap deal involving Andriy Lunin and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Additional rumours state that Chelsea have been linked to another goalkeeper this week. They are reportedly working quickly to try and sign Villareal stopper Filip Jorgensen.
That hasn’t stopped Chelsea from reportedly seeking to buy additional keepers, such as Andriy Lunin of Real Madrid, though and a deal could be struck promptly if both clubs agree to the transfer.
Should Andriy Lunin depart, Kepa Arrizabalaga, who is eager to return to Real Madrid, might join the LaLiga team. Kepa appears to be leaving Chelsea permanently this summer after spending last season at Madrid on loan.
These rumours strongly imply that the deal can transpire any time soon. Chelsea, however, don’t seem to be pushing for Jorgensen.
However, the Blues first need to create some room for additional goalkeeper signings given they already have the likes of Robert Sanchez and Dorde Petrovic.
Signing another goalkeeper will only cause chaos and overcrowd the No.1 spot. Hence if they hope to sign any custodian this summer then they will either have to offload Petrovic or Sanchez. Given Enzo Maresca has backed the Spanish goalkeeper to remain at Chelsea the Blues could decide to sell the Serbian goalie Dorde Petrovic.
Maresca responded as follows when asked about Chelsea’s transfer plans following their Wednesday match against Wrexham: “When the transfer window is open, anything can happen for us and for the rest.”
“We’ll see, we’ll see,” Maresca added. “In this moment we have four goalkeepers. Petrovic is still with us but injured. We will see with the timing.
“What I can say is Robert did very well tonight and did very well since we started. For sure, the way we want to play, the goalkeeper is very, very important – one of the main positions.
