Top four clubs Jadon Sancho can join this summer
Jadon Sancho has been linked with many clubs.
Jadon Sancho’s time at Manchester United has been full of rollercoaster. The former Manchester City academy player was bought in 2021 for a large sum. A lot of hopes were placed on the England international to take the Premier League by storm.
Since his move to the Red Devils, the player has experienced everything except putting in excellent performances consistently. With two managerial changes at the club, Sancho never hit those numbers in his two years at United. Things further went downhill when he got into a bust-up with manager Erik ten Hag, which saw him loaned out to Borussia Dortmund. At Dortmund, he enjoyed an impressive short stint.
But the player has now returned to United. A move away is still on the table. But it remains to be seen which club will be willing to match United’s price tag for him.
A look at four clubs that Jadon Sancho can join
4. Juventus
Juventus have shown interest in signing the United winger. But things never looked serious. Still, Jadon Sancho can be an excellent option for the Italian side. Given they are looking to sell Federico Chiesa, the England international will be a great replacement for the Italian player.
Sancho has shown what he is capable of during his short loan spell at the German club. All he needs is a good environment where he can prove his mettle and finally demonstrate that he is still one of the best players in Europe.
3. Barcelona
Barcelona earlier showed interest in signing Jadon Sancho. But that interest was later cooled as the club are pursuing Nico Williams. If they fail to sign the Spanish star, then Sancho will be an excellent alternative. The United winger will be available for a more affordable price.
He will also be an ideal signing for them, given that the Spanish are looking for a creative left-winger. The 23-year-old ticks all the boxes to become Barca’s key player in LaLiga.
2. Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund are the club that nurtured Jadon Sancho into one of the prodigies before he left for United. When things didn’t work out, he returned to the German club on loan, where he once again proved why we should never lose hope in Sancho. But given their financial issues, Dortmund won’t be able to afford the player. But another loan should not be ruled out.
1. Paris Saint-Germain
According to recent sources, PSG and Jadon Sancho have struck an agreement. Therefore, PSG’s only remaining task is to pony up Sancho’s transfer fee. Transferring to the Ligue 1 team could be fruitful.
Ligue 1 is a league where players usually don’t take much time to adjust. Sancho can flourish there. PSG may be the perfect club for him to demonstrate his qualities.
