Cristiano Ronaldo and Donald Trump met at the White House. The Portuguese football player travelled to Washington as a member of the Saudi contingent, along with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who also met the president of the United States of America (USA).
Ronaldo and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman visited a black-tie dinner at the White House on Tuesday, November 18, which was organised by US President Donald Trump. Since 2023, Ronaldo has represented Al Nassr in Saudi Arabian club football.

Among the corporate executives in attendance at the event were Apple CEO Tim Cook and tech billionaire Elon Musk. Gianni Infantino, the president of FIFA, was also present.
Videos of Ronaldo and his girlfriend, Georgina Rodríguez, meeting President Trump were posted on the White House’s official social media account, which referred to the two as “Two GOATS.”

Elon Musk and Ronaldo attended the Trump-hosted Dinner Gala for the Saudi Prince. The US president stated in his speech that Barron, his youngest son, is a huge admirer of the Al Nassr striker.
“You know my son is a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo… And Barron got to meet him and I think he respects his father a little bit more now. Just the fact that I introduced you,” said Trump.
The encounter took place a few days after Ronaldo declared in an interview that Donald Trump could change the world and complimented Trump. In the same exchange, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner had stated that he wanted to meet the US President. He disclosed that if he meets Trump, he will tell him straight out what they have in common.
