For next season, Cristiano Ronaldo appears to have only one objective in mind: leading Al-Nassr to victory in the Saudi Pro League race. The Portuguese international, who recently inked a new two-year contract extension, wants the team to add players to help reach the objective.

The club have not made enough signings to reinforce the squad in order to compete with the likes of Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal for the upcoming season. Moreover, they also lost a quality striker, Jhon Duran, to Fenerbahçe.

They will need to act quickly if they are to bring in new stars at the club. Their recruitment process has been slow. If they fail to sign new stars, then it could prove costly for them in the upcoming season.

According to the most recent rumour, they seek to enhance their attacking position. Over the past week, Al-Nassr have been linked to Christian Pulisic of AC Milan, Alejandro Garnacho of Manchester United, and Rodrygo of Real Madrid.

Ronaldo reportedly wants to see the Saudi team recruit Luis Diaz, a winger for Liverpool, according to SPORT. According to reports, the Colombian wants to leave the Premier League winners. Bayern Munich are also pursuing the forward.

Although Al-Nassr would have no trouble matching the asking fee, the move would actually rely on whether Diaz wants to advance his career in the Saudi Pro League.
