Ronaldo has won most Champions League trophies compared to Lionel Messi. The Portuguese hitman first won his UCL title with Manchester United in the 2007-08 season. The rest of the trophies came in Real Madrid jerseys. He lifted four Champions League trophies with Los Blancos. In total, he has won five titles.

Meanwhile, Messi has only lifted four Champions League trophies. All of them have come in Barcelona jerseys. The forward’s first Champions League came in the 2005-06 season but he was not part of the Barcelona squad that competed in the final. However, later he went on to lift three more trophies with the Spanish club.

Both Ronaldo and Messi have enjoyed impressive time in the Champions League. They dominated the competition during their time in Europe.
