Netflix set to release show on Saudi Pro League.
In November, ‘Saudi Pro League: Kickoff’ featuring Cristiano Ronaldo will be available for streaming on Netflix. The soccer program “Saudi Pro League: Kickoff” will include French international Karim Benzema and Brazilian football icon Neymar.
The show “Saudi Pro League: Kickoff” will also feature renowned Saudi Pro League soccer teams Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, Al-Ettifaq, and Al-Ahli.
The first trailer for “Saudi Pro League: Kickoff” has been made available on Netflix.
“Ronaldo. Benzema. Neymar. Gerrard. With Al Dawsari, Al Brikan, Haji and many more! Watch the action unfold in this gripping football docuseries, where international icons join local stars to transform the Saudi Pro League in its 2023/2024 season,” Netflix stated in its caption.
After missing a year due to injury, Neymar made a comeback to help Al-Hilal defeat Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates 5–4 in the AFC Champions League Elite group stage. After joining the Saudi Arabian team in August 2023.
Neymar only made five appearances before rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament in October of last year. With 13 minutes left at Al Ain, 369 days later, he came off the bench for the four-time Asian champion. he nearly scored right away when his low shot from the left side of the area shaved.
In the meantime, Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr defeated Iranian club Esteghlal 1-0 in the Asian Champions League Elite group stage on Tuesday thanks to a late header from Aymeric Laporte, extending Saudi Arabia’s strong start to the tournament.
All three of the nation’s representatives are undefeated after three group-stage matches. As the only two clubs with nine points, Al-Hilal are in the top and Al-Ahli are in second place, while Al-Nassr are now in fourth place, two points adrift in the AFC Champions League elite.
According to Netflix, the program includes both “international icons” and up-and-coming local players who have boosted the league’s level of competition.
Fans will gain a deeper comprehension of the Saudi Pro League’s culture as it evolves thanks to these interviews. Additionally, a glimpse of the players’ league experiences will be provided.

The show featuring Ronaldo, Benzema, Neymar and may more will release on November 21 2024.
