Croatia will face Poland and Scotland in Nations League matches.

Croatia have confirmed their squad for the UEFA Nations League matches during the October 2024 international break. Croatia are in League A Group 1 which has Portugal, Poland and Scotland.

They are second in the table with three points and will face Scots and Poland in their October matches. Meanwhile, during their September break, they won 1-0 against Poland and lost 2-1 against Portugal.

They will aim to bounce back from their defeat when they first face Scotland at home and then play Poland away.

Portugal are top of the group with six points. Croatia were the last time runners up when they lost to Spain in the final of the Nations League during the penalty shootouts.

Luka Modric and Mateo Kovacic continue to maintain their spot for the national team after leading them to the 2018 FIFA World Cup final and the Nations League final.

However, their Euro didn’t go as planned and were eliminated from the competition way earlier than expected this time. However,  Zlatko Dalić’s side will once again have a chance to lead his time to the Nations League.

Should Croatia win against Scotland and Poland then their chances of securing the top spot of the group will increase in case the Selecao lose any of their matches.
