The block of English fans will make the Spanish team feel like they are in an away game.

The world will stop at a standstill when two of the biggest teams in Europe (England and Spain) collide for the prize at stake, the Euro 2024 trophy. Spain have clearly dominated the event, outclassing every team that came their way with nothing but a win. England on the other hand, have needed miracles for most of their cause aided by the brilliance of their players.

The Three Lions have already seen the darker side of the Euro final defeat in the last edition. Bukayo Saka who once was made to feel awful for his decisive penalty miss against Italy in the Euro 2020 final, is suddenly their hero, who surely falls in the same bracket as Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane.

La Roja are currently tied with Germany in the historic achievement of winning the most Euro titles to date, which is three. Luis de la Fuente’s men ended the chances of the German team going for their fourth title in the quarter-final stage of the Euro 2024 itself. Even though Spain clearly had a tougher route to advance to the finals in comparison to England, they have made it in perfect conditions.

The Spanish team have so far played six games and are en route to winning the seventh game in the event, which will ultimately grant them their fourth Euro title and help them get the lead in the historical standings as the most successful team in the Euro.

Nevertheless, Gareth Southgate and Co. will be pleased with the backing they have from the people of their country at this major final event in Berlin, Germany. A reported 50,000 England fans will be in Berlin to probably witness Southgate and Co. land their maiden Euro honours in as many years as one can remember.

The number is all the more impressive to hear since only an estimated 12,000 fans will be at the stands of Olympiastadion Berlin to add to the spirit of Spain’s national football team and their desire to win the fourth Euro title.

Regardless of the final result, fans from all over the world have done their bit in making the month-long Euro 2024 tournament in Germany a heartwarming affair.
