Their La Masia academy has produced some of the top talents out there. Lionel Messi to Lamine Yamal, all of them have caught the eye of the footballing world with their special skills.
Many of the big names have cemented their status as ‘Legends’ of FC Barcelona. The names include Ronaldo Nazario, Ronaldinho, Leo Messi and others. Other than that, Barca are considered the second most decorated club in European football history.
Their legacy and the current form in the domestic tournaments have been phenomenal. Even though they are not very big on winning the European tournaments, they have five UEFA Champions League titles to their name.

7. Billy Lambe
The English midfielder, Billy Lambe, joined Barcelona in 1912 from Tunbridge Wells Rangers. But he just went on to play four games for the Spanish top division side. In the same year, he became the manager for Blaugrana.
6. Percy Wallace
Born in Saffron Walden, England, Percy Wallace began his senior career after he sealed a deal for Barcelona in 1910. After his first stint at Barca, where he won the Copa de Rey, Wallace also won the then-played Catalan Championship and the Pyrenees Cup.
The English forward signed for Espanyol in 1911. Wallace returned to Blaugrana in 1913 and went back to Espanyol in 1915.
5. Charles Wallace
Charles Wallace, the England-born forward, joined Barcelona from FC Catala in 1907. During his first run with the Spanish giants, he appeared in 25 matches for them and scored 29 goals. In 1911, he signed a deal away from Barca, but returned to the club in 1913.
4. Jack Greenwell
Jack Greenwell was not just a player for Barcelona, but also a manager for them. Mostly played as a winger, Greenwell signed for Barca in 1912 as a player and played for them till 1916. He was a part of 88 games and scored 10 goals.
He became a manager for Blaugrana from 1917 to 1923. Later in his managerial career, he returned to Barca in 1931-1933.
3. Mark Hughes
Mark Hughes joined Barcelona after the Spanish club signed a deal with Manchester United in 1986. He played in 28 matches for Barca and also scored four goals for them. However, he was loaned out to Bayern Munich.
In 1988, he moved back to United on a permanent transfer.
2. Gary Lineker
The English striker became an important part of the Barcelona squad after signing with them in 1986. Gary Lineker made 103 appearances for them and scored 42 goals, which also makes him the English player with the most goals in the history of LaLiga. Then, in 1989, he moved to Tottenham Hotspur.
1. Marcus Rashford

As per multiple reports, Manchester United are set to loan out Marcus Rashford to Barcelona for the 2025-26 season. The move is likely to be made official very soon. Barca’s attack will be further strengthened.
Rashford recently completed his loan stint with Aston Villa, and the outcomes for him were positive.
