When asked if Haaland will fulfil a ten-year commitment and break every record, Harewood responded as follows:

“I can’t see why not. I can’t see why he wouldn’t stay either. The only places to go when you are talking about big clubs are Barcelona and Real Madrid, PSG. They are the only clubs that could afford him. He’s at a very good club in Man City and I can see him staying there and breaking records.”

Erling Haaland has already won the UEFA Champions League, the FA Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, and two Premier League crowns with City. His first season in 2022–2023 saw him win a treble.

In addition, he has won the Young Player of the Season award in the English top division and the Premier League Golden Boot twice. He is predicted to win the coveted Golden Ball at some point. He only nearly lost to Argentine GOAT Lionel Messi in the 2023 Ballon d’Or poll.
