Fans claim identity of 'masked' Premier League star in Baller League UK Season 2

An unidentified Premier League player came in a Baller League game as a substitute.

At Baller League, a “masked” Premier League star was unveiled, and supporters believe they have figured out who it is.

Monday marked the start of the second season of the six-a-side indoor football league known as Baller League.

Masked Premier League star makes entry in the Ballers League

Ahead of the upcoming season, NDL FC manager and social media influencer Niko Omilana made a shocking revelation.

He announced on social media that a current Premier League player would be joining the league. The ‘masked’ player was brought in to take a free kick against N5 FC on Monday.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I am about to tell you guys probably the craziest news in the Baller League history,” Omilana, manager of the NDL FC, said.

“On Monday the 27th of October I, Niko Omilana the manager of the NDL FC, will be drafting an actual Premier League player, active. Can’t tell you who it is, we will get in a lot of trouble, it is going to go crazy.”

He appeared to simply be on for set-pieces, as stated in the commentary, before leaving the pitch. His free kick, however, was saved.

His arrival at Baller League, of course, sent social media into excitement. Moreover, supporters attempted to figure out the Premier League player with his run-up and stance.

Online users speculate that it might be James Ward-Prowse of West Ham United, who only plays set pieces. Naturally, this is merely fan conjecture, and the Premier League player’s identity is still unknown.

Current Chelsea standout Cole Palmer, suspended winger Mykhailo Mudryk, and Jarrod Bowen were also thought to be the masked player.
