Favourites to win FIFA World Cup 2026 as Round of 32 gets underway

France, Spain and England were the favourites to win the prestigious title ahead of the competition. The picture is now getting clearer with the performances of the respective teams. Les Bleus have emerged as the top contenders to win the flagship trophy this year with an 18.7% chance.
Lionel Messi’s Argentina have a 16.3%, Spain is third with 13.5% and England is fourth with a 9.7% chance. Their performances at the knockout stages can also change the current graph generated by the Opta Super Computer.
