FIFA Club World Cup 2029: List of all qualified clubs

Four teams have already booked their place for the next edition of the Club World Cup.

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup has commenced and is in the early knockout stages. A few Round of 16 matches have taken place, which will slowly build the anticipation for the final of the competition.

However, for the next competition that will happen after four years in June 2029, four teams have already been confirmed for the FIFA Club World Cup 2029. With many other clubs yet to be confirmed, the next competition is now slowly starting to take shape.

Although the Club World Cup will return in four years for the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup edition, the attention is currently on this year’s 32-team inaugural event.

The qualification structure will be confirmed, and 32 teams will be present once more. There will be twelve European teams once more, and the key determinant of qualification will be the results from 2025 to 2028.

America has indicated interest in hosting the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup again. However, Australia has been suggested as a possible location. As of right now, the competition has no host. In anticipation of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, Portugal, Spain, and Morocco may submit a combined candidacy.

Due to their UEFA Champions League victory last month, PSG have already secured their position. The next three champions of Europe’s top club competition will also be there for the 2029 edition. Furthermore, a club rating over the four-year period will help select teams for the remaining eight continental spots.

It will once again allow the lesser-known clubs around the globe a chance to play in the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup. This year, we have many underdogs who received an opportunity to play against big clubs from Europe and other continents.
