The Reds have dropped down to seventh place in the Premier League.
Gary Neville advises Arne Slot on which key areas he should make changes for Liverpool to bounce back after their string of poor performances.
Just a few weeks ago, the Reds had a perfect record of five victories from five games and were soaring at the top of the Premier League table.
However, a strange turn of events, in which they lost their last four games in the competition, has caused them to drop to seventh place in the standings.
Manchester United icon Neville offered his opinion on the matter after Liverpool’s 3-2 loss to Brentford on Saturday.

In order to help stabilise the team, he specifically advocated for the removal of Milos Kerkez, who joined from AFC Bournemouth for £40 million in the summer, and singled out the full-backs as an area that needed work.
Gary Neville said on his Sky Sports show The Gary Neville podcast: “Earlier on in the season I felt as though their full-backs weren’t right, and maybe [Ibrahima] Konate at times wasn’t right, but [Virgil] Van Dijk was holding them together and Alisson was in goal and you’ve got two world-class performers there.
“But the virus is catching. It’s not just going into the left-back, who I think now is becoming a worry – the left back, Kerkez scored but watching him, he has to be taken out I think.
“I’m worried about the right-back. [Jeremie] Frimpong’s not a right-back.”
Given that they have given up 10 goals in their last five league games, the defending champions are clearly experiencing defensive problems.
Neville also stated that Kerkez should be the top focus when making changes to the team’s leaky back line, even if he scored a consolation goal in their most recent defeat.
