Tomas Soucek (Czechia) 

Tomas Soucek is probably the most important player in the Czechia national team due to the work he does in the middle of the park. He is the backbone of the team who throws his body in making blocks and helping the defence by doing the defensive work.

In the last match against Portugal, Soucek was a thorn in the side as he made six ball recoveries and made three vital interceptions to give Czechia a platform. Soucek also had a wonderful campaign with West Ham as he scored 10 goals and provided three assists.
