Huge expectations are placed upon the side after comfortably navigating through the group stage, maintaining a flawless campaign so far. Under manager Julian Nagelsmann, Germany has built a highly dynamic, possession-dominant unit that prioritizes fluid attacking options, rapid counter-pressing, and creativity in the final third.

Who all will be expected to be in the Germany starting lineup?

Germany are expected to line the team up in a highly fluid 4-2-3-1 formation. Under Julian Nagelsmann, utilizing a high-intensity pressing and outnumber their opponents in attack. This system allows the side to control possession, overload the final third, and stop opposition counterattacks through aggressive counterpressing.

Manuel Neuer is expected to start between the posts as the starting goalkeeper, with his veteran leadership and elite distribution skills crucial for the side. Jonathan Tah and Antonio Rüdiger are set to form the central defensive partnership, with the latter replacing injured centre-back Nico Schlotterbeck.
