Since standing tall in Brazil, they have failed to go past the group stage twice. They are anticipated to fare considerably better in North America after being drawn into an advantageous group.

Germany team news vs Curacao
Germany suffered a serious injury blow weeks before the tournament began. Bayern Munich teenager Lennart Karl was forced to withdraw from the squad.
He has subsequently been replaced by Assan Ouedraogo, who is not anticipated to start the first game. Joshua Kimmich will captain the team, with Arsenal attacker Kai Havertz and Liverpool midfielder Florian Wirtz expected to play.
Jamal Musiala and Wirtz’s creative axis is fit and available, with Kai Havertz providing a physical presence as a striker. Jonathan Tah has emerged as a vital role in Bayern Munich’s central defence.
