How Manchester City secured Premier League 2023-24 title on final day?

City beat West Ham United 3-1 to claim the title
With a 3-1 victory over West Ham, Manchester City have won an unprecedented fourth Premier League title in a succession.
After going on an incredible run of ten straight victories in the closing weeks of the season, City won their sixth league title in seven seasons.
Arsenal’s chances of winning the Premier League for the first time since their unbeatable 2003–04 campaign were dashed by it. At Anfield, there were poignant scenes as a solemn-looking Jurgen Klopp, clad in sombre black, led Liverpool to their final game of You’ll Never Walk Alone.
The German manager, who became the first Liverpool manager to do so since 1928, showered the supporters with kisses as the team defeated Wolves 2-0. Goals came from Alexis Mac Allister and Jarell Quansah.
In the 68th minute, Mohammed Salah had an opportunity to score a third, but Wolves’ Portuguese custodian Jose Sa sensationally deflected his curling shot over the bar.
Prior to kickoff, cameras centred on Klopp as Liverpool fans performed their pre-match anthem before the match against Wolves on the last day. On the touchline, Klopp looked obviously upset, unable to contain his tears.

Once again, the blue half of Manchester celebrated as newly awarded Player of the Year Phil Foden demonstrated why England manager Gareth Southgate should have his name first on the team sheet come summertime at the Euros.
Foden put Pep Guardiola’s team ahead with a powerful shot into the top corner, sending the City supporters into a frenzy.
And just when it appeared to be a routine afternoon, Foden added another goal with a sweeping effort eighteen minutes later to bring his season total to 19 goals and put the Etihad Stadium in celebratory title mode while Rodri added the third goal as City won their fourth title while Arsenal 2-1 win over Everton saw them once again fell short of the City in the title race.
