How much will FIFA pay winner of LAFC vs Club America Club World Cup play-in game?

The winning team of this fixture will take part in the mega event this June.
Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) are all set to take on Club America in a FIFA Club World Cup 2025 qualifying play-in fixture. The team which will come out on top will get a chance to play in the main tournament.
Liga MX team, Club Leon vacated their spot in the Club World Cup, after which LAFC of MLS and Club America of Liga MX have been given a chance to fill the spot in Group D. That group already have Chelsea, Flamengo and ES Tunis.
The tickets for the LAFC vs Club America fixture, which will take place at the BMO Stadium, have already been sold out. But did you know what the winner will get just by qualifying? Officially, the teams will be rewarded with $9.5 million each for just participating in the FIFA CWC. Hence, the winning side between Los Angeles FC and Club America will be granted that specific amount.
The teams participating in this mega competition will definitely be looking to fight for that title. The event has a massive prize pool, which is an unprecedented $1 billion. FIFA Club World Cup will consist of 32 teams this time and is set to kick off from June 14 and will last till July 13 in the USA.
If LAFC go on and secure a spot in the FIFA CWC, then they will be the third Major League Soccer side to enter the tournament. If Club America win, they will become the third Mexican side in the competition.
Both sides are looking in good touch as their last few matches are considered. Club America are the Liga MX heavyweights, and Los Angeles FC are undefeated in their last few fixtures. The match surely will be an exciting one. What’s at stake? $9.5 million plus a spot in the expanded and eagerly awaited FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
