Ilkay Gundogan & Vitor Roque's exit won't be enough for Barcelona to register Dani Olmo: Report

The Catalan giants are facing financial problems in registering summer signing Olmo.
After just one year, Ilkay Gundogan will depart Barcelona to join Manchester City. But it seems like his departure won’t be enough to get Dani Olmo registered.
It’s been generally known that Barcelona needed to make room on the wage bill for their new addition. This is one of the main reasons why Gundogan is preparing to leave. The Catalan giants require another exit because Gundogan and Vitor Roque’s departures wouldn’t be sufficient.
Another player anticipated to leave is Mikayil Faye. Clement Lenglet is also surplus to needs. But finding the Frenchman a new club has proven to be difficult once more.
The club have also been waiting for LaLiga to officially approve the paperwork pertaining to the sale of Barça Studios. It is a crucial tool in their effort to regain financial stability.
Barcelona had already submitted the paperwork to the league. Later today LaLiga is probably going to make a decision.
Barcelona will be allowed to register Dani Olmo as soon as LaLiga gives its approval to the agreement between the club and Aramark, on the sale of Barça Studios.
The Spanish international could be eligible for Saturday’s match against Athletic Club if Barcelona are able to register him before time. When Barça play the Basque team on Saturday, the forward from former club RB Leipzig could prove to be essential for the team.
Because of his inventiveness and quick reflexes, Olmo will be a great addition to Barcelona in the closing stages of the game. It will be intriguing to observe how he teams up this season with Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal.
Things haven’t changed for the club. Barcelona’s financial turmoil continues as they struggle to enrol new signings.
The club are almost ready to approve the departure of a few undesired stars. It should significantly reduce the wage expenditure. These outgoing transfers should give them the freedom to enrol the new summer addition, Dani Olmo.
