Real Madrid star has promised to accomplish every trophy in 2025.
Real Madrid summer signing Kylian Mbappe has vowed to lead the club to trophies next year after the club’s sluggish start to the new season and the player himself.
Since his eagerly awaited arrival at Real Madrid in the summer of 2024, Kylian Mbappe’s journey has been quite the ride.
The French superstar is now aiming for a revolutionary 2025 after impressing with flashes of his genius and facing harsh criticism in his early months. Following a difficult time of adjustment, Mbappe seems prepared to live up to the high expectations that came with his signing.
Speaking to the media the former AS Monaco forward said: ”In 2025 we have to win everything. The goal is to be stronger and to be happy”.
It took years for Mbappe to join Real Madrid. The Frenchman had long expressed his wish to become a member of Los Blancos, calling it his “dream club.”
There was both enthusiasm and scrutiny when the agreement eventually came to pass. He was a high-profile arrival because of the €150 million signing bonus and other financial factors, but the pressure started right away.
As Kylian Mbappe adapted to a lineup full of stars, including Rodrygo, Jude Bellingham, and Vinicius, Mbappe found himself in the spotlight. Although he displayed moments of genius in his early outings, he lacked the consistency one would anticipate from a player of his skill. The pivotal moment occurred in December 2024 when Real Madrid lost 2-1 to Athletic Bilbao, and the former PSG player was heavily criticized for missing a penalty.
Kylian Mbappe’s recent form with Real Madird
The 26-year-old has made a remarkable comeback on the field. Kylian Mbappe has scored four goals and provided two assists in the last six games, including a brilliant showing in LaLiga against Sevilla. The Frenchman displayed his restored confidence and technical skill in the last 2024 encounter, opening the scoring with a spectacular long-range goal and then contributing a magnificent assist.
Kylian Mbappe is aiming high for himself and his squad in 2025. “I know I can achieve much more,” he said in an interview with Real Madrid TV. I hope to win a lot of titles and play noticeably better in 2025 than I did in 2024.
