The striker has failed to find the back of the net in the past few matches.

Cristiano Ronaldoā€™s Al Nassr will take on Al Ain in the AFC Champions League Elite and hope to put pressure on their rivals Al Ahli Saudi and Al Hilal.

However, it is not going to be an easy outing for Al Nassr given Al Ain have been one of the best attacking sides in the competition and almost staged a comeback against Al Hilal. But they have performed poorly and have managed to get only one point from their last three matches.

This should be enough for Cristiano Ronaldoā€™s side to win against a struggling side in the competition.

Meanwhile, Al-Nassr are fourth in the group and a win against Al-Ain will see them claim the third spot, two points behind Al-Hilal. They will hope that their star player Ronaldo steps up in the match after enduring a dry spell in past matches.

The striker has failed to score in the past few matches and this game will provide the forward an excellent chance to get back to his goalscoring prowess, but will he play tonight?

Will Cristiano Ronaldo play tonight?

Ronaldo will be motivated to play and get on the scoresheet tonight as the forward has not been able to find the back of the net in previous encounters, which should be alarming for him given he has always been the goalscorer in every game.

He will need to step up on this big occasion as Al-Nassr will continue their quest for the AFC Champions League Elite. Al-Nassr will need the former Real Madrid star to remain at his lethal best as they are facing a top attacking unit who will be ready to punish them if they make any defensive error as we witnessed in their match against Al Hilal.

Al-Nassr will need to be on the lookout and remain compact both defensively and offensively, and Ronaldo, who is among the top finishers in the game, will need to provide the gameā€™s winning touch. Hopefully, he is going to bring it up against Al Ain.
