Al-Nassr will host Al Qadsiah FC in the Saudi Pro League tonight.

Although they haven’t lost a game this season, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr are already six points behind their table-topping opponents in the title battle after ten games. They aim to unseat rivals Al-Hilal as the Saudi Pro League champions.

In the AFC Champions League, Al-Alami crushed Al Ain 5-1 after drawing 1-1 with Al-Hilal. They next faced Al Riyadh and Sadio Mane’s strike in the 41st minute contributed to a 1-0 win over Al Riyadh before the international break.

Although his team is still undefeated this campaign, Stefano Pioli’s team is in third place with 22 points, five points below second-place Al-Ittihad, despite having a record of five victories and a pair of draws in his first seven games as manager since taking over in mid-September.

Al-Nassr will have to cut the gap with their rivals if they are to challenge for the title this season. They cannot risk any more draws or defeats given it could result in a big setback for them given the form Al-Hilal are in, who have shown no signs of losing any matches.

Even for Al-Ittihad who are second in the table and are just a point behind Al-Hilal. Al-Nassr will have to close the gap between them before even considering getting near the Al-Hilal.

Will Cristiano Ronaldo play tonight?

Many players will return to action from their international duty and one of them will be Cristiano Ronaldo. After his outstanding performances for both club and nation since the beginning of the season. Ronaldo is available to play in the forthcoming match against Al-Qadisiyah.

Particularly for Portugal, the striker has been in sizzling form after scoring two goals in a 5-1 thumping of Poland.

However, Roberto Martinez chose to give Ronaldo a break so he could play club football, therefore he was sent back to Saudi Arabia.

Tonight, when Al-Nassr’s league football game resumes, Ronaldo will play again in an attempt to help his side close the gap with Al-Hilal, who are now in first place.
