The England star is currently on loan at Chelsea.
According to sources, Jadon Sancho has instructed his representatives to negotiate a third return to Borussia Dortmund this summer and is now in daily contact with the Bundesliga team. When Chelsea took Sancho on loan from Manchester United in September, they agreed to pay £25 million to acquire him at the conclusion of the season.
The 24-year-old winger has only contributed three goals in his previous 20 Premier League games, though, and has found it difficult to make a massive impact. Furthermore, according to new rumours, Chelsea do have the option of breaking the contract and sending him back to Old Trafford by paying United £5 million.
According to recent reports from Germany, Sancho is already planning his next move, which might entail going back to Signal Iduna Park once more.
As Sancho’s stock continues to fall at Stamford Bridge, BILD claims that it is nearly impossible for Chelsea to fulfil their obligation to purchase him.
His troubles have, therefore, raised the possibility of another return to Dortmund, who are having an equally awful season and are now sitting in 11th place in the Bundesliga, 27 points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
Sancho is said to have maintained contact with “his old love” while working at the club for two spells. According to reports, he keeps in touch with his close friend Jamie Gittens, who plays wing for the Black and Yellows.
According to the report, Sancho’s wish to rejoin the Ruhr team is becoming stronger every day, and it is thought to be his ideal destination during the summer transfer window.
It is believed that the England international gave his agents instructions to arrange a transfer. Sancho, who is more and more likely to play football outside of the Premier League next season, has also reportedly attracted the attention of Bayer Leverkusen.
Marcus Rashford and Antony could also be sold. Ruben Amorim will seek to cash in on Sancho to help finance his massive overhaul of the United team this summer.
