Jordan announce final squad & jersey numbers for FIFA World Cup 2026 ft. No.10 Mousa Al-Tamari

Jordan will debut in their first-ever FIFA World Cup.
Jordan’s 26-man roster for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America, the nation’s inaugural participation in the competition, has been revealed by coach Jamal Al-Salami.
In a challenging Group J, Al-Salami will look to count on the forward Mousa Al-Tamari of Stade Rennais to guide the nation.
Several of Jordan’s most well-known football players, such as Ali Olwan and Mousa Al-Tamari, are on the team. Mohammed Abu Zureiq, also known as “Sharara,” a player from Raja Casablanca, has also been selected for the World Cup by the Jordanian national squad.
Yazan Al-Naimat, who had an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the Arab Cup last December and had surgery, is conspicuously absent from the team. He was expected to be on the team.
On June 8, Jordan will play a friendly match against Colombia.
On June 17 in San Francisco, they will play Austria to start their World Cup campaign. On June 23, they will play Algeria. Five days later, they will play Argentina, the reigning champions.
