Mbappe in an interview:

“People talk a lot about his personal life, I think they should leave him alone. In football, he is a great player, but in life, he is an 18-year-old kid.”

Mbappe has experienced all sorts of fame and is aware that being a famous person is not always a good thing for a player, as they are constantly in headlines for everything. Yamal’s upward trajectory has been quick, and he has become one of the most talented football players at such a young age.

On the field, expectations are always high for him to perform, and poor performances garner plenty of criticism. Meanwhile, besides football, he is always under media scrutiny, which is certainly not healthy for a young player.
