Kylian Mbappe in talks to buy Sergio Ramos' mansion in Madrid: Report

Mbappe is likely to join Real Madrid after the end of season
Though not for long, Kylian Mbappe is still with Paris Saint-Germain. He might sign with Real Madrid for the next campaign. The Frenchman is already preparing for his expected transfer, even if no contract in principle has been reached.
Mbappe appears to have a settled living arrangement in the Spanish city, as rumours have it that he is in talks to buy the opulent $6.5 million Madrid property owned by Sergio Ramos.
The Spanish defender purchased the home in the La Moraleja neighbourhood while he was a player for Los Blancos. Vozpópuli claims that Mbappe may purchase the keys to Ramos’ home for €18 million, or over $20 million.
Remarkably, this value exceeds the upper limit of La Moraleja residences currently listed on real estate portals. Notably, the transaction is happening directly between the former teammates at PSG. Mbappé’s mother and agency Fayza Lamari are in negotiations with Ramos’s brother De el René and the Senn Ferrero office.

The centre-back’s original goal was to sell his other property in La Moraleja for about €6 million. But after considering Mbappé’s interest and offer, he changed his mind and chose to consider selling his main real estate holding.
The World Cup winner also had an easy time making the choice because Ramos lives in Seville. Will Mbappe, however, enjoy all the luxuries at his new home?
In relation to the PSG star’s possible new residence, it is approximately 1,000 square metres and sits on a more than 15,000 square metre plot. Modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and expansive lawn are all present, and the home satisfies all security requirements that Mbappé’s family holds dear. But the 25-year-old is buying more than one piece of real estate.
