According to L’Equipe, Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe will not play in Saturday’s LaLiga match against Levante at the Santiago Bernabeu.
This weekend, Los Blancos will want to get back to winning ways. But they will have to do so without Kylian Mbappe, who is still experiencing pain in his left knee.
The team is unwilling to take any needless chances to prevent the Frenchman’s injury from getting worse. Simply put, he isn’t fit enough to play against Levante. In the past week, Mbappe did make an effort to play through his agony.

Kylian Mbappe appeared to be walking well during Thursday’s training at Valdebebas with the rest of the team, although he still has some knee pain.
With 29 goals in 28 games throughout all competitions, the French international is Madrid’s top scorer this season. With 18 goals in as many games, he is also LaLiga’s top scorer.
To increase their prospects of passing FC Barcelona in the second half of the season, Madrid, who are currently four points behind them in the LaLiga title race, will need Kylian Mbappe to play at his best.
The best course of action is to give him a break against a weak Levante team, especially because Gonzalo Garcia, an academy graduate, has shown he is capable of filling in for Mbappe.
