The youngster has missed two matches so far.
After the September international break, Barcelona are still dealing with Lamine Yamal’s absence. Hansi Flick decided not to include the winger in Sunday’s match against Getafe.
While playing for Spain over the September break, Yamal had what was termed a pubic region injury, and the forward was also forced to play for the national team with an injury. This drew criticism from manager Hansi Flick, who hit out at the Spanish Football Federation for handling the player’s situation.
The German manager’s plea for more cooperation between the Catalan club and the Spanish national team was supported by Deco, Barcelona’s sporting director.
Lamine Yamal ruled out for Getafe clash

In his pregame press conference prior to their second home game of the campaign at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, Flick referred to Yamal as “day-to-day” and stated that supporters will “have to wait” to see the teenager play once more.
SPORT stated that Lamine Yamal could be available for the big Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain, but if his recovery is quick, he could feature in their next game against Real Oviedo midweek.
Yamal was absent from Barcelona’s Champions League curtain-raiser against Newcastle United as well as their home opener versus Valencia. However, Marcus Rashford has performed admirably in the absence of the latter. At the Estadi Johan Cruyff, he also had an assist.
Despite his absence, the club has continued to perform well, as witnessed by their previous wins against Valencia and Newcastle, but Flick will be hoping to have their star kid back as soon as possible.
The Catalan club are second in the league, five points behind Real Madrid, but could cut the gap to two points if they secure a win against Getafe.
