Enrique is now part of a select group of managers after PSG won five trophies this year. After winning the UEFA Super Cup with FC Barcelona previously, the Spaniard is now only the fifth coach to guide two separate teams to a win in the finals.

PSG’s Lee Kang-in struck in the 85th minute, and Goncalo Ramos, another substitute, equalised in the fourth minute of stoppage time to bring the score 2-2 in regulation time. Then the game went into a penalty shootout, where Luis Enrique’s team emerged victorious.
